# Chapter 28: Kureha's Research Project and the New Star Gate!
Dr. Kureha arrived.
Stepping out of the Cable Car was a slender, white-haired Woman dressed in a purple-blue denim pants and Coat, with only a thin white t-shirt underneath. A light yellow pair of Sunglasses perched on her forehead.
Overall, she didn't look like a 117-year-old elder at all. Instead, she resembled a middle-aged delinquent, exuding a strong sense of rebelliousness.
"Phew—it's been years since I've been here."
Kureha looked up at the majestic snow-white Castle before her, a wild, unrestrained smile on her face.
"This way, His Majesty the King, Minister Malvani from the World Government, and Vice Admiral Aokiji from Marine Headquarters are waiting for you inside."
The Official from before respectfully raised his Palm, pointing towards the Castle Gate.
"Let's go!"
On the way, Kureha had already heard a general overview from the Official about the 'Medical Development Cooperation Nation' and the establishment of the Drum Medical Academy. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been interested in coming, not even for a King's invitation.
As she stepped into the Reception Hall, a wave of heat washed over her. Although the Drum Kingdom's Climate was cold, the Royalty certainly didn't mistreat themselves.
"Dr. Kureha has arrived!"
King Arnold on the Throne felt a sense of relief. To be honest, he wasn't sure if she would actually come. This Medical Doctor, over a hundred years old, was a special figure in this Nation.
Kureha walked to about five meters in front of Minister Malvani.
"Alright, I'm here. You must be the Minister of the Administrative Department, right? Tell me about this Medical Academy. If this Medical Doctor isn't satisfied, I'm turning right around to buy some Alcohol!"
She was completely blunt, but Minister Malvani didn't mind. Having held a high position in the World Government for so many years, his ability to maintain composure was well-honed.

Fortunately, she wouldn't be the only one at the Medical Academy.

"Excellent. Once Vice Admiral Aokiji finishes building the Ice Bridge and Steps, our Administrative Department will bring over the building materials and construction Workers!"
With that, Minister Malvani beckoned behind him. A prepared Administrative Department Attendant quickly walked over, holding a File Bag in both hands.
"Although the Medical Academy hasn't started construction yet, the 'World Government Medical Development Cooperation Nation' project has been in effect since King Arnold signed the Agreement. This means you are already the official Dean of the Medical Academy. This is the first Research Project the World Government has assigned to the Medical Academy."
He took a Report out of the File Bag and handed it to Kureha. The latter took it and was surprised to find that it was a Disease Report.
It detailed the Case Files of three Patients and a Professional Evaluation of the Disease, along with High-Definition Images of the Patients' Body Surface and Internal Condition.
"Amber Lead..."
Kureha murmured to herself. This Disease was truly something she had never seen before, immediately piquing her curiosity. She immediately immersed herself in the contents of the Report, completely ignoring her surroundings and the people around her.
Seeing this, Minister Malvani and Kuzan exchanged knowing glances, a smile in their eyes.
"Oh, and King Arnold, besides this Matter, I also hope to bring back the twenty most excellent Doctors from the Drum Kingdom with me to Holy Land Marie Geoise for Treatment Work."
"Mary Geoise?!"
"Are the 'Descendants of the Creator' sick?" King Arnold adopted a posture of great concern.
