[1st POV - Wanda]
Walking through the massive halls of the Akashic library, I couldn't help but admire the sights around me. As a being such as myself, with the power I had, and the abilities that I hold, I could tell that this place was truly incredible.
Not only that, but the seemingly infinite halls of the library was beyond me. That was saying a lot to the level of power that was used to make this place. When an entity that can wipe multiverses with casual ease cannot sense the true extent of the library. Because not only is it that large, but it is protected by all sorts of interesting layers of power.
It would seem the Presence really does not want certain parts of the library to be seen by anyone but himself. Why he protected it with such power was an interesting question to ask, but one I doubt I'll be getting an answer to.
At least not anytime soon. And I suspect that the only way that I will find out what those areas held, was if I forcefully broke into those areas. And the area - what little of it I can sense - is seemingly the size of a universe or so.
Maybe it has the knowledge of the creation of this multiverse and it's previous incarnations? Or maybe it has something even more important inside, something that nobody should know or could know.
Like the name of the Presence?
Afterall, the "Presence" was more of a title than an actual name.
Eh, either way I'll likely get access to this place again in the future, but only once I get even stronger than I am now. As it stands, the Presence could crush me with ease, as he is far stronger than the current me.
Not that he would actually do any "crushing", he's not the type to do that sort of thing.
I think.
Besides admiring the incredibly massive library, I was also admiring the actual knowledge I could sense and see around me. With the size of the library, it was only natural that the place would hold some very interesting pieces of knowledge.
And from what little I was gazing into at the moment, I could tell that this place easily out did most of my personal collection of knowledge. Mostly due to the sheer variety of books, which come from the past, present, and future. Meaning all books from this multiverse until it's death are held here.
This place literally is not bound by the death of the multiverse. For it was built to survive afterwards to protect the knowledge of old multiverses, or old versions of this one at least.
I wonder if there is any books inside that have in depth information of the previous incarnations, and if I would be permitted to actually look into them?
Something to think about later.
The last of the three things that I have been admiring while walking and talking with my date, was my date herself. She didn't know it - I don't think - but she is incredibly attractive. And the clothes that she was wearing clung to her body, accentuating some of her...assets.
Basically she has a great ass.
I'm pretty sure that Death knew that I had been glancing at it (it's hard not to, the thing was literally bouncing at me), because she had been swaying her hips a lot more, and had been showing off a bit more.
I'm not about to complain about that. The entity had been trying her best to seduce me into her bed, and she was getting closer and closer to succeeding. I'd honestly be surprised if she didn't get permission before I can even go and properly start looking into books.
Thankfully, and in actuality, she's been making sure that I have more than enough time to see more of the most incredible library I am so intrigued by. While also giving time to do something after, fun time as she no doubt is calling it inside of that head of hers.
It's too bad that I am not able to search more without oversight, but I guess it makes sense. Plus, it would be rude to ignore my date as I had been.
This led to me using my magic, to make an area that we can have our food, which Death looked over before smiling.
"Thank you." Death said to me, as I simply nodded and planted down with a soft groan, stretching slightly as Death was watching me with a small amused look on that beautiful face of hers. Well, kind of face. It was just an avatar, a cover. Her true face was incredibly large, and impossible to truly describe. But that was her true self, so it was only natural.
"So, how are you liking this place so far? Is it living up to all of your expectations?~" Death asked, making me go silent as I pondered her words.
It truly was impressive, the place we were at. But for now I was eaten
"It's very interesting! Infinite in size, and impossible for even someone of my power level to ever truly explore all of it and comprehend it" I replied my contemplation was over.
"And the sheer types of knowledge that they hold here is well and truly incredible. But also not something I can just learn casually." I have no idea what the hell that even means.
"Well I am glad that you are enjoying it here so much. Because I know for a fact that I am adoring my time with you!~ I'll have to see about getting you in as a regular. I'm sure the big guy would not mind too much about it, but I have to be sure" Death said to her with a small grin on her face, already planning on other wannabe gods getting pushed into subservience that I have unlisted and how to get them to reemerge.
"Do you ever come here besides for duties?" I asked this question.
"All the time, at least, when the big guy lets us through we'll have to come back here again" Death said with a grin, as we soon began to devolve into talking about all sorts of things.

"You really don't think that going to another multiverse with a different death will merge the two of you into something more?"
"No, I don't think that is going to happen"
"How about we make a bet?" I asked with a smirk slowly growing onto my face.
"Oh?~ What sort?"
"If you merge with the other death, then I win. If it goes the other way, you win. Winner can ask for one reasonable thing from the other" I replied, causing Death's smirk to widen even more, as she reached her hand out to snatch my own, a loud cheer leaving her as she yelled with a smirk on her face.
"Deal!"

Sorry about the lack of updates for the last week or so. I kind of just needed a break since I had been uploading chapters for like...2 years straight I think? I was getting some MAJOR burnout, and had decided to just take a bit of a break to rejuvenate my creative juices. I'm all good now. So chapters should be returning to normal. Later today (technically, as it is Thursday) Modern Family will get updated, and chapters will be returning to normal.
A new Main fic will be releasing in around a week or so, it's a Harry Potter fanfic revolving around a Female Harry, in a pretty interesting AU that is both cliche in some ways and different in others. More details for that will come when it releases.
