Letter to all Noble Bloods

21st Day of the Fourth Moon, Year 826 of the Age of Power

The mighty Noble Blood Denegis is lost.

According to our reports, the battle on the Plains of Duldera began as a massacre.

Early casualty reports count over a million casualties on the side of the Iron Line against the Alliance of the Five Noble Bloods.

With the early death of the Iron Line Siege Beasts, it was thought, and correctly so, that the battle was all but secured.

However, the presence of King Yalan of the Ulveth Kingdom was uncounted for in that assessment.

Upon discovery, King Yalan and his small retinue of a thousand were thought to be a desperate measure in aiding the Iron Line's rebellious cause, using it as a stepping stone toward claiming the vacant Sedes Sanguinis in his hunger for greatness.

Unfortunately, that assessment could not have been more wrong.

By means still not understood by the scholars and magic institutes of the Senvia Empire, the Ulveth Kingdom succeeded in controlling the catastrophe we call the Morois.

And not one, but a thousand.

An achievement they deployed both before and during the battle.

Utilizing the thousand Morois they brought to the field as both siege weapons and soldiers, catching the Noble Bloods off guard and unprepared.

Nonetheless, the Noble Bloods' attempt at defending against that horror was nothing but valiant.

Ultimately, however, they were defeated and captured.

As for the captured Noble Bloods, it is not known yet which of them had been captured or managed to escape.

Another point at issue that brought the defeat of the Noble Bloods was the alliance itself.

The Noble Blood alliance, spearheaded by Elion of Blood Denegis, had, at first, six members that allied themselves in the defense against the Iron Line.

Blood Denegis, led by Lord Elion Denegis.

Blood Maroux, led by the Crownbound Lord Lucien Maroux.

Blood An, led by Lord Erol An.

Blood Tarba, led by Lord Dalv-Varran Tarba.

Blood Alvein, led by Lord Renn Alvein.

While the sixth member of the Noble Blood Alliance, Blood Seraph, led by Lady Fiamma Seraph, did not participate in the battle.

Even though their bond was the strongest as the terms of the alliance were set upon by a marriage between Lady Sera of Blood Denegis, daughter of Elion and Mera, and between Lord Aidan, first son and heir of Blood Seraph.

A heartbreaking betrayal that has, in their time of need, brought the defeat of the alliance.

Their betrayal has been taken into account, and we, the Archivum Civitas, urge all Noble Bloods to cease any association or bond of friendship with them, as it is clear to all that they are not to be trusted.

We also urge all to cease any further involvement with their cause or their name.

With all those who ignore our warning being considered enemies of the Empire.

Once the Sedes Sanguinis is filled, and a new High Monarch ascends the throne, Blood Seraph and all their allies will be judged by Imperial Law, stripped of their Noble Blood title, and have their Vita dissipated from their bodies.

Addendum: For even more unfortunate news, the Iron Line now moves towards the south of the Senvia Empire.

There, we urge all the Noble Bloods to ally themselves and use anything at their disposal to subdue the rebellious Iron Line and influence the Ulveth Kingdom tries to gain inside the Senvia Empire.

We vow to continue our intel gathering and ensure the remaining Noble Bloods are informed on all the current events so that they can prepare themselves and be able to fight against this ruinous event that has befallen our Empire.

May the Vita protect us all!
