After the two finished their barbecue, Cen Jin originally wanted to pay, but was stopped by Ye Lingran. She remarked that Lingran had been paying for meals these past few days, and if she paid for this one again, she'd feel a bit uncomfortable about it, insisting on covering this bill. Cen Jin eventually chose to compromise reluctantly.
Once they stepped out of the restaurant, Cen Jin looked at her, "Are you planning to head back?"
Ye Lingran raised her wrist to check the time, "It's still early. I'll head over to the nursing home to see my grandma. She should still be up."
"Alright then, go visit Grandma Ye! I'll head back first. See you tomorrow, and please send my regards to Grandma Ye."
Ye Lingran nodded with a smile, "Alright, will do. I'm off then."
