The final day of the competition had come to an end.
One after another, the cadets inside the pocket world were enveloped by the familiar spatial light and transported back to the academy.
The transition was instantaneous.
A moment ago, they had been standing in the artificial wilderness, surrounded by trees, mountains, and the remnants of the battlefield. The next, they found themselves inside the enormous transportation platform at the academy.
Hundreds of cadets appeared almost simultaneously.
Some looked exhausted, their uniforms covered in dirt and scratches. Others wore expressions of disappointment, while a few couldn't conceal their excitement after surviving the competition.
The instructors stationed around the platform immediately began organizing the returning cadets.
However, the atmosphere changed when the final rankings appeared above the platform.
A massive holographic screen illuminated the area.
