"Oh?"
Brandan leaned back on the sofa and casually lit a cigarette.
William Moore chuckled softly, "I suspect someone doesn't want me to find him."
Though he was smiling, his tone was cold.
Brandan calmly said, "I thought you trusted me."
Since he had said he wouldn't stop him, he wouldn't do such a thing.
"That's not what I meant," William replied, "Someone is hiding his whereabouts."
"..."
"If my guess is correct, it's James Mason. Since he's hypnotized Iris, naturally he doesn't want anyone to break her hypnosis." William's tone was indifferent, "I can't find him alone, Brandan, you have to help me."
Brandan took a long drag of his cigarette, and upon hearing William's words, he chuckled unintentionally.
"Mr. Moore," he said lightly and slowly, "I've mentioned I won't stop you, nor will I help you. I won't say it a third time."
"..." William remained silent for a moment before saying, "Brandan, she will remember eventually."
"..." Brandan slightly clenched his fingers.
