Mark looked at Ethan Sterling coldly, "Is that so?"
"Yes!" Ethan replied firmly, looking directly into Mark's eyes with a cold gaze, stating his position, "I've liked Monica since we were young. So, it's absolutely impossible for me to give up the engagement!"
Mark clenched his fists, wanting to punch this annoying guy, but his military training made him hold back again.
Ethan smirked, staring icily at Mark, fearlessly stating the facts, "Besides, my engagement to Monica was approved by General Moore and agreed upon by both families. And there's one more thing I forgot to tell Officer Foster, Monica and I truly love each other!"
After saying this, Ethan's face displayed a victorious, smug smile, "Although Officer Foster doesn't need to worry about my engagement to Monica, as Monica's former boss, Officer Foster, don't forget to come and have a drink at our wedding!"
