But before his hand fell, Mark stopped again, looked into Arnold's eyes and said, "What about your eyes now?"
"It's fine. Didn't the boss say he'd be Arnold's eyes?" Arnold shook his head nonchalantly, looking in Mark's direction.
"Yes, I can be your eyes." Mark looked at Arnold and instructed, "But we need to go out and get you treated. Stay here for a while, and then I'll take you out of here!"
"Okay." Arnold nodded, speaking with concern, "Boss, you should first take care of your injuries, otherwise how can you get me out safely?"
"Alright!" Mark responded, untying and throwing away the clothes that had long been stained red with his blood, which were tied to his abdomen.
Then Mark pulled out a sharp blade from his military boots and successfully removed the bullet from his abdomen.
Since the bullet hadn't hit a vital part, it was just excessive blood loss.
