After leaving Whitehill, Ralph Carter didn't go to Eland; instead, he went straight to S Country.
Before going to Eland, Ralph contacted Locke and told him that he was planning to help search for Adrian Davies in Eland.
Locke refused and told Ralph that they hadn't found the CEO in Eland. He and the brothers from Nightfall were expanding their search for the CEO.
Ralph didn't say much more; he directly had someone investigate Locke's whereabouts. After learning that Locke and Ned Faris were in S Country, he went straight there.
Upon seeing Locke and Ned, Ralph directly stated his purpose: "I am here to see Director Davies."
Locke's expression froze for a moment, but he quickly said, "I also want to see the CEO, but..."
Before Locke could finish making excuses, Ralph decisively spoke, "I know Director Davies is right here!"
