Looking at the woman's half-awake, half-asleep adorable appearance, Adrian Davies felt like planting a kiss on her lips.
However, he did not do so.
He looked at the woman and spoke in a slightly hoarse voice: "Time to eat."
"Oh." Melody Parker responded, sitting up from the bed.
"I'll go call the kids." Adrian Davies left a sentence behind and strode out of the bedroom, heading to the kids' room.
When Adrian Davies entered the kids' room, they were both playing on the computer.
Seeing Adrian Davies come in, both of them simultaneously looked up.
Adrian Davies looked at them and spoke gently, "Kids, it's dinner time."
"Okay." Both kids responded in unison, letting go of the mouse, leaving the computer desk, and following Adrian Davies out of the room.
When the father and children emerged from the room, Melody Parker was already seated at the dining table.
Hearing the sound, Melody Parker turned to Adrian Davies and softly asked, "Cold, did you make these by any chance?"
