"Thank you, team leader."
Mia Ginger said seriously, hung up the phone, and let out a light breath before going downstairs with Koa Jackson.
The two left the outpatient hall and went straight home.
Koa drove, and Mia sat in the passenger seat, her hand constantly resting on her lower abdomen. She didn't feel sleepy anymore, occasionally glancing at Koa, then looking down at her belly, smiling with her eyes curved.
Koa seemed much more composed, hearing her laugh, he didn't turn his head as he asked, "That happy?"
"Aren't you happy?" Mia pouted.
Koa focused on driving, smiled slightly, and said, "Of course, I'm happy."
However, compared to happiness, he was more worried about this girl's health condition. Twins, imagining it was exhausting enough, her petite body had to bear much more than he had originally envisioned.
Koa reached out and held Mia's hand, gently rubbing it.
