"Alright!" Jiang Xue nodded and then sent Little Reunion back into the space. When she emerged from it, Mu Qiancheng was already aiming his hunting rifle at a small rabbit in the distance.
Jiang Xue watched silently, standing quietly to the side. With a bang, the gun fired, and the little rabbit stood still in place. Jiang Xue knew it had been hit, so she stepped forward and picked up the little rabbit.
Earlier, Jiang Xue thought the rabbit wasn't very big, but now holding it she's realized it's quite plump. Judging by its weight, it seems to be four or five pounds.
With the rabbit in hand, Jiang Xue suddenly felt like finding a place to prepare it for roasting. However, without a nearby water source, she had to put that plan away.
Having caught a rabbit, Mu Qiancheng continued walking forward for a while. Suddenly, two brightly colored wild pheasants flew out from the forest.
