A howl of pain, followed by a couple of curses mumbled before going silent.
Old Jin, who had been on guard, watched, still suspicious.
"Get up, keep drinking, I have many secrets you don't know, and today I'll tell you all about them!"
"Hey, I say, you little rascal!"
"Get up, quickly!"
Old Jin lifted his foot, kicking the young man hard in the temple. The young man groaned in pain, rolled over on the ground, and continued snoring soundly.
Seeing the young man really asleep, Old Jin exhaled a long breath of relief.
This kind of opportunity was naturally rare.
Killer intent flashed across Old Jin's eyes briefly, unwilling to wait any longer, fearing complications from delays, he quickly reached for the gun at his waist.
But he had really drunk too much, and coupled with age, he couldn't drink as he used to when young. His vision blurred, and just as he drew his gun, Old Jin toppled off the chair.
With a bang, he fell beside the young man.
