"Hello..." Teacher Lee was about to say something, but as soon as she saw the incredibly handsome man standing behind Alexander, she was at a loss for words.
The words that followed got stuck in her throat.
Asher Land noticed Teacher Lee's lingering gaze and felt somewhat uncomfortable.
Seeing Asher's displeased expression, Teacher Lee snapped back to reality.
"Hello, Mr. Land."
Teacher Lee had caught a glimpse of Asher Land on TV once before, although it was just for a few minutes, the impression was undeniably deep.
Asher merely nodded slightly without saying more.
He handed the cartoon backpack he was holding to Alexander. Taking the backpack, Alexander happily walked into the classroom. Thankfully, this troublesome uncle drove well, fast and steady, and didn't make him late.
Asher watched as Alexander sat down at his seat before feeling at ease; he then turned to leave.
