"Oh, it's alright," Eva Miller waved her hands repeatedly.
"Do you know why I called you over?"
Purpose?
"I don't know..."
Oliver Johnson chuckled lightly, "I thought you knew."
"Well, I really don't know." She continued to feign ignorance.
"It's nothing, just wanted you to keep me company."
Feeling very depressed, unable to find anyone to confide in, suddenly his mind drifted to that woman he had shared a one-night affair with.
It was her first time, and actually, it was his first time too.
But that night, he had treated the woman beneath him as someone else he couldn't have.
He helplessly curled his lips, got up, and stood by the floor-to-ceiling window.
"Well, how about I take a shower first..." Eva lowered her head, speaking softly.

"No need to shower."

"I won't do anything to you tonight." Oliver found it somewhat amusing, did this woman know he was going to do that to her and still came over?
