"So that's how it is… so many things have happened over these years."
Beneath the Tree of Life, Mira sat cross-legged with her parents, who lovingly stroked her head, just as they had when she was a child.
"Yes. Thankfully, Aven was there… now everything has finally passed." Mira smiled brightly, looking just like she had when she was young.
"This is simply what I should have done."
Aven sat somewhat nervously at the lower seat. For some reason, the atmosphere made him feel extremely uneasy, giving him an inexplicable urge to get up and run away at any moment.
"Lilli!"
Lilligant sat beside Aven, glancing at him and then at Mira across from them, vaguely sensing that something was not quite right.
She cast her gaze to the other side. Seeing this, Gardevoir also looked over, clearly having sensed something as well—after all, Gardevoir was especially sensitive to emotional energy.
The two little ones then exchanged a gentle nod. Space power quietly wrapped around Aven, and in the next instant, his figure vanished from where he stood.
"Huh? What just happened?" Aven looked around at the unfamiliar surroundings, completely dumbfounded.
He turned to look at Gardevoir beside him and found the little one staring up at the sky with an innocent expression, as if to say, I didn't do anything.
Realizing what had happened, Aven let out a sigh of relief. "This is actually pretty good. To be honest, I was already thinking of running away anyway."
Hearing this, Lilligant and Gardevoir exchanged glances once more, smiles returning to their faces as they followed Aven toward the depths of the forest.
Several days had passed since the last battle. After the successful defeat of Dark Matter, Xerneas had once again transformed into the Tree of Life and entered a deep slumber.
Zygarde, after nature had stabilized once more, dispersed into cells and returned to various parts of the Kalos region, continuing to monitor the new changes in nature.
As for Kyogre and the Tao Trio, who had once been controlled by the shiny Hoopa Unbound and the Dark Matter, they had all returned to where they belonged. The Creation Trio also returned to their own realm, continuing to maintain the stability of the world.
After everything had come to an end, the fleet of the Pokémon Domain arrived under Manaphy's leadership, successfully completing the voyage between the two regions. Trainers finally set foot on this land.
From then on, with Manaphy and many Water-type Trainers providing protection, maritime travel was bound to flourish, further strengthening the connections between the continents.
"Aven, we finally found you." Eva walked over from the distance, with Uxie following at her side.
"Eva, are you planning to travel?" Aven asked in confusion.
At this moment, Eva was dressed like an adventurer, carrying a backpack on her shoulders, clearly looking as though she was about to set off on a journey.
"Mm. Uxie and I plan to properly explore this new continent with its brilliant civilization." Eva smiled radiantly.
She then took a Poké Ball out of her backpack. "Didn't you say it yourself? Exploring these worlds and encountering new Pokémon… just thinking about it is exciting."
For someone like Eva, whose thirst for knowledge was extremely strong—and for Uxie as well—they were already eager to explore this new land, record everything they saw, and enrich their understanding of the world.
"I came here to say goodbye."
"After all, with the Pokémon League established in Sinnoh, I can finally take a break from being a city lord for a while."
She smiled playfully. "So what about you? What are you planning to do next—stay in the Kalos region, or return to Sinnoh?"
Hearing her question, Aven paused. With all the crises now resolved, he suddenly found himself unsure how to plan his next steps.
"I'll probably return to Sinnoh first."
"After all, I promised Azelf that I would establish a world where humans and Pokémon can coexist harmoniously."
"Although everything is already on the right track, there's still work to be done. First of all, Sinnoh needs a major reform."
"I plan to abolish the noble and slave systems and replace everything with the new Pokémon League system. At that point, anyone can become a Trainer, and Pokémon will be free to live together with humans."
A look of anticipation appeared in Aven's eyes, as though he could see a prosperous future across endless stretches of time. This had been his goal ever since he transmigrated into this world, and now it was finally within reach.
"A complete reform?"
"That really is a good idea. As things stand, you're already the undisputed King of Sinnoh. There's no one more suitable than you to initiate this reform."
After hearing Aven's ideas, Eva nodded happily, recalling the days she had spent with him in the Pokémon Domain. They truly had many shared perspectives.
"Phew, I'm heading out."
"Otherwise, after hearing all of your ideas, I might suddenly want to stay behind and reform the world together with you."
She shook her head, tightened her backpack straps, and smiled. "Still, once I've finished exploring this place, I'll come back to help you. For now, let me be a little selfish."
Aven smiled and shook his head. "That's not really selfish. Traveling itself is one of the most important aspects of a Trainer's life. Once the new system is established, I'll encourage Trainers to go out and explore as well."
"And while you're traveling, please help promote the Trainer system too. Once the reforms in Sinnoh are completed, Kalos will begin its reforms as well. Our ultimate goal is to usher the entire world into the era of the Pokémon League."
Eva paused for a moment, then said nothing more. She waved goodbye and, together with Uxie, walked into the distant forest, taking her first steps toward exploring the new continent.
After watching Eva leave, Aven returned beneath the Tree of Life. At this moment, the tree radiated seven-colored light and was full of vitality. Sensing Aven's arrival, its branches gently swayed, as if welcoming him.
"High Priestess, you really don't plan to return with us?" Aven asked.
The High Priestess sat beneath the Tree of Life. She looked at Aven, then at the tree behind her. "I intend to stay here and guard the Prison Bottle. I hope that the mission of our order can finally come to an end."
"That's good. With you and the Tree of Life guarding the Prison Bottle, I can rest easy."
"From now on, this place will be called the Valley of Creation. The shiny Hoopa and Dark Matter will be sealed here forever."
In the end, Aven returned to Mira's tribe. The village was lively and bustling, especially after the arrival of the Trainers and the people from the Pokémon Domain. Everyone was extremely curious about Trainers, especially since their own relationship with Pokémon was already very close.
Their shared philosophy allowed them to resonate with the Trainers easily. In Aven's eyes, they were natural-born Trainers. Starting the Kalos Pokémon League from this tribe would be an excellent choice.
(End of Chapter)
TN: Supposed to be named Arche Valley like in the movie but I think the name Valley of Creation fits better on this.
