After traveling for an entire day, Himea, Efa, Lavinia, and Latifa finally arrived at Everdawn City.
Unlike the city they had seen before entering Hy-Brasil, the city wasn't as prosperous as the one they remembered.
If anything, it looked more like a developing city, about half the size of the one in their memories. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful city the elves had built with their own aesthetics in mind.
"We cannot follow you inside the city." Efa stopped a kilometer away from Everdawn City. "We still have things to do."
"You don't want to see Alex?" Evangeline asked back, looking confused. "Why?"
"Because we have an agreement," Efa replied. "I hope the two of you will refrain from mentioning anything about meeting Himea and me."
"That's right." The Little Devil nodded. "That's the least you girls can do for our help."
"We will look for your other friends and guide them here to Everdawn City," Himea stated. "May fortune smile upon all of you."
