That single word made Aeris' perfect demeanor crack.
Alex had just mentioned the place she had been searching for. A place that held a special place in her heart. A place that contained the memories of her childhood.
"H-How did you know?" Aeris asked.
"I know many things," Alex replied. "Didn't I mention this already? I'm a Seer."
Alex had mentioned the same excuse from the beginning as a way to explain why he knew things that had yet to happen. Although people didn't necessarily believe him, they had no choice but to accept it.
At this, Aeris immediately bit her lip, looking at Alex with a conflicted gaze.
'She looks kind of cute when she's like this,' Alex thought.
Aeris had always looked perfect in everything. Her every gesture, smile, look, and even the way her hair fluttered was even overanalyzed by her fans, which Alex thought was exaggerated.
