When Lucifer opened his eyes again, he was so startled that he almost jumped up. The reason was because Sebastian - the Demon King's closest butler was sitting right next to his bed and staring at Lucifer's face that had just woken up with a bright and satisfied smile.
This made Lucifer's hair stand on end. Looking at this butler made Lucifer feel unpleasant and disgusted. But he still tried to force a smile.
"Good...good morning, sir. Or…is it…a good afternoon? I don't really know to be honest. Sorry…" Lucifer still spoke to the butler mechanically.
The butler sighed and glared at Lucifer with gazes that were not happy at all. He was upset. It seemed that Sebastian was not satisfied that Lucifer still suspected him.
"Listen young boy, if you continue to speak to me mechanically like that, I will kill you. Okay?"
As if to prove his words, the butler raised his right arm and formed a fist. Then, a red aura slowly surrounded that hand.
