Torrepol, who had been standing beside Diamante, saw his comrade charge forward—and immediately set his sights on Gojo Satoru.
"Tch! Then I'll clean you up first, brat!"
he sneered.
He flung a massive glob of sticky mucus from his body, aiming straight at Gojo Satoru!
With the powers of the Sticky-Sticky Fruit, once his slime made contact, it could completely immobilize the opponent!
But Gojo merely raised his head, a mildly exasperated look on his face.
"Ah… I was hoping I wouldn't have to step in," he muttered, "but it looks like that's not an option anymore..."
In the next instant, he lightly leapt back, easily dodging the incoming wave of mucus.
As he landed, Gojo reached up and pulled off the black blindfold that had been covering his eyes—revealing the piercing brilliance of his Six Eyes beneath.
"Reversal Technique—Heh."
With a faint smirk, Gojo raised his hand, extending just his index and middle fingers toward Torrepol.
Suddenly, a tremendous force erupted from his fingers—blasting the ground and carving a deep trench as it tore forward!
BOOM!!
In a split second, Torrepol—along with the mass of mucus—was violently blasted away!
Before anyone could react, he had already crashed through the palace wall, smashing a corner of the building to rubble. Slime scattered everywhere like a ruptured flood.
Torrepol now lay motionless amid the debris, bloodied and unconscious.
"Torrepol!!"
Diamante cried out, stunned by how easily his comrade had been taken down.
"Where do you think you're looking, you filthy insect?"
Albedo, clad in black armor, sneered coldly from in front of him.
"A moment's distraction can kill you."
Her tone was frigid. Without hesitation, she raised her massive black axe and swung it down at Diamante!
Sensing the sheer murderous aura radiating from Albedo, Diamante had no time to mourn Torrepol—he quickly raised his sword to defend!
But the moment his blade clashed with Albedo's axe, he was horrified to feel his sword shatter on impact—disintegrating into dust in his hand!
"W-What?! What the hell is this?! What kind of Devil Fruit power is that?!"
Staring in disbelief at his now-empty hand, Diamante's voice trembled.
Albedo merely shot him a cold glance, offering no explanation.
Instead, she raised her axe for a second strike.
Desperate and unarmed, Diamante hastily swung his steel-thread cloak in front of him, changing it back to hardened steel to defend himself.
But to his shock—his steel cloak also vanished in the blink of an eye!
His eyes widened in confusion and fear.
He had no idea what was happening.
The truth was, this was the effect of the World-Class Item: Hell Abyss in Albedo's possession.
Its power allowed her to erase or destroy any non-living item—rendering physical weapons completely useless against her.
But Albedo didn't give him time to process that.
Instead of delivering a killing blow with her axe, she slammed her shield into Diamante's face with brutal force!
WHAM!
Diamante's body was thrown back, crumpling to the ground, blood spurting from his mouth.
He was already unconscious from just one strike.
But Albedo wasn't done.
With an eerie, frenzied smile, she raised her shield again—and kept smashing it down on Diamante's lifeless body.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Even long after his breath had stopped, she continued to pound him into the ground with relentless fury.
By the time she finally stopped, Diamante had been reduced to nothing more than a bloody pulp—a grotesque mess of flesh and bone.
The scene was disturbingly gruesome.
But such savagery was nothing unusual...
After all, this was Albedo, the infamous Pure White Devil—and this was what happened to those who disrespected Lord Kronos.
