After Void ling manipulated Empress Octavia Perception. The air was tense and Empress Octavia stepped forward and spoke.
Empress Octavia:
(Smiling warmly)
"Would you guys like to have dinner with us?"
Void ling:
(Glacing at Blaze)
"We actually have a lunch boxes packed with us..."
Blaze Vortex:
(Nodding)
"Seraphina gave it to us before we left."
Kurana:
(Tilted her head at Void ling)
"Wait...are you and Seraphina dating?"
Void ling:
(Caught off guard)
"No--why are you asking?"
Kurana:
(Calmly)
"Because at the Multiversal Law Tournament, she was cheering for you nonstop. Even hailing your name like a champion."
Void ling:
(Shrugging)
"That's what best friends are for.",
Blaze Vortex:
(Mocking tone)
"Best friend, huh? Sounds more like a marriage."
Empress Octavia:
(Chuckling lightly)
"If you have your own food, then you can eat that."
She turns to her Sisterhood, her voice regal yet relaxed. And she spoke.
Empress Octavia:
(Calm)
"Sisters, I'm heading back to ths Kingdom."
The Sisterhoods bowed respectfully as she departs. And then Queen Cynthia spoke to Void ling and Blaze.
Queen Cynthia:
(To Void ling and Blaze)
"Would you guys like to wander around the markets and see everything?"
Void ling & Blaze:
(In Unison)
"Sure."
As they begin walking, Bellatrix quickens her pace--then slows--to walk beside Void ling. Raven notices immediately.
Raven:
(Raising an eyebrow)
"Bellatrix...is there a reason you're so close to Void ling?"
Bellatrix:
(Startled, flustered)
"W-What? No! I just--uh--"
Blaze Vortex:
(Deadpan warning)
"You do know Void ling is for Seraphina, right? She'll be mad if she sees you getting cozy."
Bellatrix:
(Jealous but defensive)
"I wasn't getting cozy..."
Larissa:
(Smirking)
"Sure you weren't."
Queen Cynthia:
(Clapping her hands lightly)
"Alright everyone, let's go."
They arrive at the bustling Elysian market. Citizens pause mid-step, whispering as they spot the two boys earlier, walking among the Sisterhoods.
Sisterhood Citizen:
(Whispered)
"Why is Empress Octavia's Sisterhood walking with... those boys?"
Sisterhood Citizen:
(Wide-eyed)
"Are they trying to rob this place?"
Blaze Vortex:
(Leaning towards Void ling, bored expression)
"Hey, why is everyone staring at us like we're thieves?"
Void ling:
(Same tone)
"Maybe we look legendary."
Davina:
(Laughing)
"Don't worry. They're just flabbergasted. Most of them haven't seen a boy before and even centuries since this universe was created--this js a girls-only universe."
Blaze Vortex:
(Dryly)
"Yeah, I figured."
Void ling:
(To Queen Cynthia)
"Is it okay if we ear somewhere else?"
Queen Cynthia:
(Nodding)
"Of course."
They find a quiet spot and sit. The Sisterhood gathers around, curious. And then Setsuna spoke.
Setsuna:
(To Void ling)
"Hey Void, How is your universe different from ours?"
Void ling:
(Explanation)
"Well, our universe has all different kinds of cuisines and plenty of fun activities, and most importantly, is mixed with boys and girls different from you guys."
Setsuna:
(Gasped)
"I see. Guess visiting your universe won't be bad."
He finishes his Explanation and opens his lunch box. Inside: a heart-shaped rice ball with two barbecue meats.
Void ling:
(Smiling)
"Looks like Seraphina drew a heart in the rice. That's very nice of her."
Blaze Vortex:
(Opening his box--just plain rice)
"No meat? I wouldn't be surprised if that bastard Seraphina forgot me on purpose."
Void ling:
(Laughing)
"Maybe she knows you're cutting carbs."
Blaze Vortex:
(Mocking)
"Or maybe she knows I'm not here favorite.
Bellatrix:
(Jealous)
"Why is your rice shaped like a heart?"
Void ling;
(Shrugging)
"I don't know. Maybe it's just love...appreciation...friendship."
Bellatrix:
(Pouting)
"Hmph."
Queen Cynthia:
(Curious)
"How powerful are you guys?"
Void ling & Blaze:
(In unison)
"Huh?"
Queen Cynthia:
(Smiling)
"I just want to know."
Void ling:
(Calmly)
"Well... i am powerful in my void."
Queen Cynthia:
(Confused)
"In your void? What does it mean?"
Void ling:
(Smiled)
"Well... no need to know. Even i, not sure by my self."
Blaze Vortex:
(Grinning)
"The same goes for me too."
Raven:
(Curious)
"You guys are powerful, no doubt about that."
Queen Cynthia:
(After a pause)
"After you're done eating...would you mind if we have a sparring match?"
Void ling:
(Grinning)
"You bet."
Blaze Vortex:
(Whispering to Void ling)
"Is this a good idea?"
Void ling:
(Whispering back)
"Probably not."
Blaze Vortex:
(Sighing)
"Then why did you agree,fool?"
Void ling:
(Smirking)
"So she can see what I'm capable of."
Then they continue eating. Blaze's eyes widen. And he spoke.
Blaze Vortex:
(Mouth full)
"This food is...amazing. Didn't know Seraphina could cook like this."
Void ling:
(Tasting his)
"She's a legend."
Davina:
(Bored expression)
"Really? I didn't know these two cared about food."
Larissa:
(Laughing)
"Even I'm surprised."
At the Astral Universe, Seraphina and Liam arrived home. As Liam Streching and then she spoke
Liam Hearts:
(Streching)
"I'm tired."
Seraphina Nyx:
(Teasing)
"A girl like you shouldn't be tired. You're warrior."
Liam Hearts;
(Sitting down)
"I'm retiring from fighting."
Seraphina Nyx:
(Surprised)
"Why?"
Liam Hearts:
(Smiling)
"I've decided to protect Blaze instead."
Seraphina Nyx:
(Soft smile)
"Aww...that's cute. Anyways I'm heading to the kitchen, if you need anything,call me. I'm cooking Taiyaki and Onigiri."
Liam Hearts;
(Turning on the Tv)
"Alright Seraphina."
Back at the Elysian Universe, Void ling and Blaze finished eating their food. And they spoke.
Void ling:
(Standing)
"Alright. I'm ready."
Queen Cynthia:
(Nodding)
"Alright."
Blaze Vortex:
(Asking)
"But...where should we fight."
Queen Cynthia:
(Smiling)
"We'll go somewhere safe. A place that won't be destroyed."
The Sisterhoods nods. They teleported to a vast, protected battlefield. And Queen Cynthia spoke again.
Queen Cynthia:
(Facing them)
"Which of you should I fight? Or both?"
Void ling:
(Firmly)
"Both of us would be unfair."
Blaze Vortex:
(Stepping forward)
"I'll fight. I volunteer."
Queen Cynthia:
(Smiling)
"Very well."
Kurana:
(Softly)
"This is gonna be wild."
Davina:
(Nervously)
"Let's see what Queen Cynthia can do."
Larissa:
(Smirked)
"Hope he doesn't disappoint."
Bellatrix:
(To Void ling)
"Make sure you win!"
Raven:
(Knocking Bellatrix head)
"We're cheering for Queen Cynthia, not Void ling!"
Bellatrix:
(Rubbing her head)
"You didn't have to knock me..."
At the Elysia Kingdom, Empress Octavia steps onto her balcony, her gaze fixed on the distant sparring field. The wind brushes her hair as she watches the duel unfold.
Empress Octavia:
(To herself, softly)
"I never knew the Astral Universe would produce such powerful warriors...Even after the Multiversal Tournament, they continue to surprise me."
Back at fight. Queen Cynthia spoke with flaring aura.
Queen Cynthia:
(Serious)
"Give me everything you've got, Blaze."
Blaze Vortex:
(Cracking his knuckles)
"Alright...but it's gonna hurt."
Queen Cynthia:
(Gulping then Steadying herself)
"Doesn't bother me."
Kurana:
(From sidelines)
"Looks like Queen Cynthia's a little nervous..."
Raven:
(Focused and concerned)
"She's never fought someone like Blaze before."
Queen Cynthia surges forward, her fist glowing with radiant energy. She throws a powerful blow--Blaze dodges effortlessly, then counters with a swift punch to her face. And then--BOOM-- Queen Cynthia is sent flying across the battlefield, crashing into the ground.
Blaze Vortex:
(Wincing)
"Sorry...i didn't mean to hit that hard."
Queen Cynthia:
(Rising, brushing off dust)
"It's alright. This is a fight."
Queen Cynthia summons a beam of attacking light--multiple streaks of energy shoot toward Blaze. But Blaze teleports rapidly, dodging every strike with ease. He reappeares--right in front of Queen Cynthia's face. She gasps, cheeks flushing red.
Queen Cynthia:
(Blushing)
"Y-You're fast..."
Blaze Vortex:
(Calmly)
"Focus."
He throws a punch--Queen Cynthia catches it, but the force pushes her back several meters. From the sidelines, Void ling watches intently,arms crossed,eyes glowing.
Void ling:
(Quietly, to himself)
"Blaze is holding back...but even that's enough to shake her stance."
Queen Cynthia's aura flares again--this time golden light swirls around her fists like a solar storm. She vanished in a blink--reappearung behind Blaze, her punch already mid--swing. But her fist hits air. Blaze is no longer there.
Sisterhoods Elysia:
(In unison)
"What the hell?!"
Blaze is now behind her--calm, composed, and untouched.
Queen Cynthia:
(Shocked)
"IMPOSSIBLE...How?!"
Blaze raises his fist, ready to strike--then stops. He lowers his arm.
Blaze Vortex:
(Softly)
"You're very good, Queen Cynthia."
Queen Cynthia:
(Panting)
"But... i reappeared fast. I should've had you."
Blaze Vortex:
(Smirking)
" I was already there...before you moved."
Void ling:
(Whispering to himself)
"Blaze is holding back...And even that's enough to make Queen Cynthia suffer."
Her breathing grows heavy. She drops her knees, golden aura flickering. The Sisterhood rushes to her side.
Raven:
(Kneeling beside her)
"Are you okay, my queen?"
Queen Cynthia:
(Nodding weakly)
"Yes...just winded."
Setsuna:
(Sternly)
"You shouldn't have asked to fight them in the first place."
Larissa:
(Supportive but firm)
"She has a point, My Queen."
Void ling steps forward, his presence quiet but commanding.
Void Ling:
(Gently)
"Are you alright?"
Queen Cynthia:
(Looking up)
"Yes...I'll recover."
Blaze Vortex:
(To the Sisterhood and Void ling)
"She's strong. But her powers is equal to the level of my limit base."
Queen Cynthia:
(Curious)
"What? Well in that case show me your strongest move."
Everyone Gasped and then were shocked to hear this. Blaze had a serious face. And then he spoke.
Blaze Vortex:
(Serious face)
"If you insist. Then I wouldn't hesitate to release it."
Queen Cynthia:
(Sweating hard)
"In that case I would reveal my power. And my release."
WITH THE BATTLE ONE SIDED, QUEEN CYNTHIA WANT TO SEE BLAZE VORTEX TRUE POWER.
