Chapter 2 - Chapter 2.In Allah’s Hands

"And He is with you wherever you are." — Qur'an 57:4

"اور وہ تمہارے ساتھ ہے جہاں کہیں بھی تم ہو"

A small hospital room. The walls were white, and the lights were soft. There was silence… just the sound of a clock ticking… and the quiet hum of machines.

father silently sat on a bench outside the nursery room. His hands were holding a tasbeeh, and his lips were moving slowly, whispering something.

"یا اللہ، تُو نے ہی دیا ہے۔ تُو ہی حفاظت کرے گا۔"

"Ya Allah, You are the One who gave her. You will protect her too."

He had become the father of twin baby girls. But something felt wrong. One baby was weak, and the nurses looked worried.

A young lady doctor came walking fast. She stopped near him and said kindly but quickly:

"Sir, one of your daughters is not breathing properly. We are shifting her to a special care room."

The father looked up. His eyes were calm, not angry. He nodded and quietly said:

"إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ"

"We belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return."

No fear. No shouting. Just faith in his heart.

"جو کچھ بھی ہوگا، اللہ کی مرضی سے ہوگا۔"

"Whatever happens, will happen with Allah's will."

Inside the room, the little baby was placed in a glass incubator. Machines started beeping. Her chest was moving very slowly.

The doctor looked serious. "We will check her heartbeat and oxygen. She is very weak."

Outside the glass, the father stood still. His lips were softly praying:

"اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِهَا، أَنْتَ الشَّافِي"

"O Allah, You are the Healer. Heal her."

Another doctor, older and quiet, came and spoke to the young lady doctor.

"She's not improving," he said softly. "Her body is not responding."

The lady doctor looked sad but nodded. Then she walked outside.

She stood near the father, and in a soft voice said:

"Sir… I'm sorry. We tried our best. But we are… losing her."

The father took a deep breath. Then he stood up slowly.

No tears. No panic.

He looked at the doctor and softly said:

"لا حول ولاقوة الا بالله"

"There is no power and no strength except from Allah."

Then he smiled. A weak but peaceful smile.

"Doctor madam, you have done your part. Now, the rest is in Allah's hands."

The doctor was silent. She had never seen so much sabr (patience) and imaan (faith) in anyone.

"میری بچی اللہ کے حوالے ہے۔ وہی شفا دینے والا ہے۔"

"My daughter is in Allah's care. He is the only Healer"

Nursery Room – Hope Still Lives...

Inside, the small baby's chest was still moving… slowly… weakly.

The room was quiet. The machines beeped. The nurses watched carefully.

The father kept praying silently.

And deep in his heart, a light of hope still shined.

"جو اللہ سے جُڑ جاتا ہے، وہ کبھی اکیلا نہیں ہوتا۔"

"Whoever connects with Allah, is never alone."
