After the luxurious and soul-warming night banquet ended, the three sisters were escorted by the homunculus servants to the guest bedroom in the west wing of the Underworld Palace. The room did not exude a gloomy, hellish impression at all. Instead, the room was designed with elegant gothic architecture, its walls lined with burgundy velvet, and in the middle of the room stood a giant four-poster bed with a very soft black silk canopy.
For entities of their level, sleep was not actually a pressing biological need. However, after passing through a series of trials that drained them physically, mentally, and magically, laying down on a comfortable mattress felt like an oasis in the middle of a desert.
