After the signed lease agreement had been officially filed, notarized, and verified by both parties, the project finally entered its next phase.
Now that the signing phase was over, it was time to step inside the building as its new tenant.
Early that Saturday morning, Gray and Mara arrived at Diamond Avenue again. They were there early in the morning when barely any businesses were open.
In front of the building, Harold was already waiting for them. He was carrying a set of keys and folders that were all for the building.
"Good morning."
"Good morning, Mr. Harold." Gray walked over and shook his hand. "I'm so sorry to have you come all the way here again."
"It's no trouble." Harold waved dismissively before he looked up at the building smiling.
"Besides I wanted to see you and explain every area throughly."
