Just as Hilla thought she would "get winded" in Bruce's arms, he carried her to the bathroom door and put her down.
He rubbed her head and said, "I have run a bath for you. Go in and take a bath."
Before Hilla could react, Bruce leaned over and his lips pressed against her ear. His breath blew her hair back, and she felt a burning in her ears. He then whispered, "Don't take too long. I will miss you."
Hilla blushed again.
She took a deep breath. If she hadn't been wrapped in the quilt, she would have thought she had a myocardial infarction.
"He isn't trying to seduce me but try to murder me.' Hilla thought.
Hilla entered the bathroom in a daze and even forgot how the door was closed.
Looking at the girl in the mirror, Hilla blinked because the girl in the mirror was wrapped in the quilt and blushed.
"Am I the shy and goofy girl in the mirror?" Hilla thought.
When did she become so bashful?
