The beginning of everything stemmed from Belobog's reconstruction efforts progressing steadily. The situation in the Underworld gradually stabilized, and people began rediscovering the joys of life they had lost.
Oleg and Seele seemed to be discussing something here. Just as Stelle was searching for a trash can she hadn't rummaged through yet, she happened to pass by...
"Huh? Isn't that Seele and Oleg's voices?" Stelle set aside her "work" and moved toward the source.
The two were discussing something about a "disciple" and a "champion"?
"Since it's raining and the kids are bored anyway, might as well go ask."
Oleg was chatting with Seele when he noticed Stelle standing behind them.
"Well, if it isn't our great hero, the Trailblazer! How've you been lately?"
"Hey!" Seele greeted politely. "Thanks to you guys, the boss and I have been so idle lately we're practically bored to death."
"Hahaha!" Oleg chuckled lightly. "This girl! Finally getting to enjoy some peace, and she makes it sound like a bad thing?"
Stelle put on a melancholic expression. "I kinda miss the warmth of Boulder Town!"
"Huh? Warmth? I have no idea what you've been through since then!" Seele forced a stiff smile.
[I don't get it? What does this mean?]
[It's a timeline thing. Apparently, this part of the story takes place after the Xianzhou "Luofu" arc, so...]
[So compared to what happened on the Luofu, the Underworld adventure could be considered "warm"?]
[That's probably it! MiHoYo, oh MiHoYo, you're already planting seeds for Season 3 here? Really? You love teasing us this much? Just release Season 3 already! Don't make me wait!]
[MiHoYo loves slipping these little details into casual dialogue.]
——
Oleg glanced at Seele and quickly smoothed things over. "Seems like our simple, honest ways left a good impression on our guest. Hahaha!"
"At least there's no scheming here!! So, what were you two talking about earlier? Something about a champion?"
"Oh? You heard that? It's nothing much, just my disciple—Luka!"
Whenever Oleg mentioned Luka's name, he couldn't help but smile with pride. "You've probably heard of him, right? That kid with the mechanical arm.
By the way, you've never seen Luka defend his title in the ring, have you? How about this—let Seele take you to the Fight Club to check it out? Consider it a chance to get to know him."
"Uh..." Seele turned to look at Oleg, her expression silently screaming, "Boss, look into my sincere eyes—do you really think I want to go?"
Of course, Seele didn't actually say that. "I'm just worried Luka might get carried away with some impulsive idea again."
Stelle immediately started whining. "Take me! Take me!"
Seele gave her a slightly disgusted side-eye. "Act normal!"
"Ohhh!" Oleg suddenly realized. "Now I remember! Back then, Luka complained his opponents were too weak, and Seele just happened to be spectating. So the two of them ended up fighting..."
"And then? And then?" Stelle somehow pulled out a bag of watermelon seeds.
Seele shot Oleg a smile that was "30% amusement, 70% murderous intent." "Maybe let's stop here?"
"Alright, alright! We'll leave it at that! Anyway, that kid's personality is like that—once the mood strikes, he forgets himself.
But!" Oleg crossed his arms. "That kid doesn't make the same mistake twice!
Back to the topic—kid, just take our hero to the club!"
Faced with her mentor and friend's repeated requests, Seele couldn't refuse any longer.
She took Stelle to the club entrance.
However,
the moment they stepped inside, they realized the match was already over.
On the stage, a red-haired youth raised his mechanical arm triumphantly, while his opponent clutched his chest, collapsed on the ground.
Seele watched the scene with one hand on her hip. "Looks like the winner's decided."
At that moment, Luka on stage locked eyes with Seele and immediately rushed over.
After a quick exchange of pleasantries, Luka and Stelle introduced themselves. But the audience in the fight club was too enthusiastic,
so Luka had to lead the two to a secluded alley. "This should do. Finally, no one's following us."
Once again, Stelle stood between them like a 100-watt lightbulb,
watching as Luka and Seele started discussing their previous "fight."
[Can I ship these two?]
[Seele and Luka? What about Seele and Bronya?]
[The series hasn't made anything official, so ship whoever you want!]
[Red and blue—a classic pairing!]
[Last time, Stelle was a third wheel between Bronya and Seele, and now it's happening again. LOL! I'm dying!]
[Did Luka and Seele actually fight? Who'd win if they did?]
——
In the end, Seele brought the conversation back on track. "You specifically brought us here—is there something you wanted to say?"
Luka slapped his thigh firmly. "Right! Actually, I've come up with a training plan, and I'd like you two to witness it."
Hearing this, Seele pondered for a few seconds. "Hold on! I'm here to cheer you on, not to be your sparring partner!"
"Come on! The boss said it himself—the Underworld and Overworld are united now. Wildfire's been pretty idle, right? Besides, look at her!" Luka winked at Stelle. "She's definitely interested!"
Stelle sighed. "The protagonist's fate is to be a tool..."
"What kind of weird line is that?" Despite her words, Seele's expression was one of resigned familiarity.
[LOL! Stelle truly is the GOAT, always delivering the best crazy lines!]
[Stelle's dialogue has been hilarious since the very beginning.]
[Look at Seele's face—"I've gotten used to it."]
[This is too funny!]
[I'm dead!]
Seeing that Stelle had accepted the invitation and unable to refuse Luka's enthusiasm,
Seele had no reason to decline and agreed.
Luka nodded excitedly and invited the two to Svarog's territory—the location of his training.
Along the way, Stelle and Seele passed the time with small talk.
From Seele's words, Stelle learned that Luka usually came across as hyperactive,
but once he was on the battlefield, he became incredibly reliable—a man you could trust with your back.
Before long,
the three arrived outside the Vagrants' Camp.
At this point, Luka mentioned he needed to find a mechanic named "Cassidy" first.
But the moment they arrived, Seele and Stelle were stunned.
The first step of his training... was actually helping Cassidy find his two missing robot companions—"Little Fay" and "Big Ben"?
Stelle confirmed that "Little Fay" and "Big Ben" hadn't developed self-awareness and had simply wandered off for a walk.
After some discussion, Luka raised his fist in determination.
"Let's go! We're bringing Little Fay and Big Ben back!"
