Solenne grabbed Ruvan's hand and tugged him through the open doors of his study, then locked the doors behind them. She pushed him further into the room, sat him on the sofa, and then stared at him assessingly.
"Come on, Luna, you don't have to be so rough with us," Veythar spoke through Ruvan's lips, but it wasn't the voice of her mate coming out.
"Get out of his body," Solenne warned, her eyes narrowing.
"His body?" Veythar scoffed. "This body has belonged to me since before he was born! The godfire belongs to me, and me alone. All the other lesser gods in his mind are not mine, though—those came from his hubris."
"Get the fuck out of my head!" Ruvan growled.
