[POV: Solenne]
Ruvan escorted her safely home after their hunt for frostroot. When they entered the Citadel, Solenne went straight to the kitchen to make her sore-throat solution.
She entered the grand space with the Alpha in tow, where they were greeted by several omegas who had been cleaning the counters and putting away everything after dinner. They all froze in fear when they saw Ruvan standing behind her, but she smiled warmly.
Ruvan glared at them, but Solenne elbowed him, 'Tell them I said hello, and that they're doing a good job. They're dismissed for the evening."
The Alpha frowned, but did as he was told. "Your Luna says you're doing a good job… and that you can take the rest of the evening off."
All six omegas stared at them wide-eyed for a moment before saying, "Thank you, Luna! Thank you, Alpha!" and scurrying away like startled mice.
