"Okay, I know you need to see a doctor, but we need to go back. My friend is back there, and she might be in danger."
He rolled his eyes. "We can't. Rafael has his men everywhere. If we circle back, we might not make it out alive."
I groaned in frustration. "I don't care if something happens to me, I just want to get my friend. "Maybe she might be in the hands of..." I paused. "Wait, hold up. Did you just say Rafael? The guy that tried to kill me is Rafael?"
Dante narrowed his eyes as he stole curious glances at me. "Don't tell me you know him?"
