Leo gently laid Zoey on the bed and tucked her under the blanket. He then ordered the bodyguard to watch over her before walking out.
When he reached the lobby, he was not surprised at all to see Elliott sipping his wine on the couch.
"You are here, Mr. Yancey. I thought you will not come at all." Elliott smiled as Leo walked over to him.
Leo ignored him and sat down.
Elliott then tried to pour some wine for him, but Leo declined. "No thanks. My wife doesn't like it when I drink."
Elliott's hand froze for a moment. He then remarked casually, "Mr. Yancey, the Zoey I know wasn't the type who would mind if you drink."
A sweet smile tugged at the corners of Leo's lips as he smirked. "Indeed, my wife doesn't mind other people's business. But, I'm her husband, not just some random stranger which she couldn't care less."
Deep down, Elliott felt really unhappy with his sarcastic remarks.
