Amanda slapped her own hands as she tried to act innocent. "I'm so sorry that I didn't manage to hold you. Are you hurt?" She said insincerely.
Nora, who was enraged because of what happened previously, felt even angrier after seeing Amanda's rather obnoxious expression.
She then pointed at Amanda as she threatened, "Did you do that on purpose? Do you think I won't end you?"
"Wow, I'm so scared!" Amanda patted herself on the chest. As Nora watched her smugly, Amanda grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her forcefully. The next second, Nora fell on her face.
Nora was utterly embarrassed as she coughed out loud. She was quivering with anger as tears started welling up in her eyes. It was as though she had been wronged.
"My bad! I lost control of my hand for a bit. Come, let me help you up." Amanda walked closer as she said that.
Nora was startled. She turned around and glared at Amanda. "Go away! Just stay away from me!"
