"Of course she is. Why else do you think Mr. Yancey loves her so dearly?" Adam nodded in agreement.
Amanda looked at Adam thoughtfully. "She offered to teach me medical knowledge. What do you think?"
"You're lucky that she's willing to teach you. But here's a reminder. She's super busy, so don't go and disturb her too often. Mr. Yancey's going to kill you if he gets upset about it," Adam said stiffly.
Amanda mumbled, "He doesn't know how to be gentle to women, huh?"
No one knew if she was referring to Adam or Leo. However, Adam did not give her any response.
"You can go in now, Ms. Wilson. Don't make everyone wait for you," Adam said.
Amanda nodded and gave Adam a pat on his shoulder before entering. She explained when Adam looked at her in confusion, "You're actually quite nice. You don't smile much, but you're patient enough to answer my questions. Excluding Ms. Fuller, I consider you my friend among all these people."
