In the hospital, Dorothy lifted her hand and slapped Charles across his face. "Charles, Jeanette is your sister! You grew up together! How could you turn her in to the police? You don't even care about your own sister anymore, do you?"
Charles touched his cheek while twitching his lips. "Grandma, it's illegal to hit someone with a car. According to the law, she has committed intentional homicide. She should definitely be taken away by the police."
Hearing that, Dorothy was so angry that she almost fainted.
Meanwhile, Myles picked up his crutch and began to hit Charles with it.
"Are we asking you about the law now? Just because you're well-educated doesn't mean you know everything," Myles said furiously.
He struck Charles hard as he continued, "You brat! Don't try to do anything stupid in front of me. Just because I seldom speak doesn't mean I'll tolerate your idiotic behaviors! After all, I'm still the head of the Miller family."
