"Sweetheart, why are you calling me so late in the night? Did someone bully you at the filming scene?" A kind female voice sounded on the other end of the phone.
Jeanette was aggrieved. As soon as she heard her grandma's voice, she burst into tears immediately. She knew that her grandmother was the person who loved her the most.
"Grandma..." she sobbed.
When Dorothy heard Jeanette sobbing, she became serious. "What's wrong, sweetheart? Did someone really bully you? Tell me, who's so bold as to bully my granddaughter? Let me teach him a lesson!"
"They're Dad, Mom, and Henry..."
Jeanette narrated the whole story quickly and cried loudly. "Grandma, you have to help me, or else you'll never be able to see me again."
There was a brief silence on the other end of the phone before Dorothy replied solemnly, "Don't cry, Jeanette. I'm coming to the hospital with your Grandpa right away."
"Okay."
