Kayden patted Kayla's head with a doting gaze. "It's okay. I'll eat them together with you."
"Okay. With you by my side, the chicken wings will surely taste better," Kayla said in excitement while clapping her hands.
She then dragged Kayden to the canvas and held her chin. "Kayden, why didn't you tell me to join you at the beach? There're only Daddy and Mommy inside the painting. I'm not included."
Kayden answered, "Well, Daddy and Mommy were dating. We shouldn't disturb them. Am I right?"
Kayla thought for a moment and nodded in response. "Yes, you're right."
She requested Kayden to place the canvas on the table so that she could admire his painting.
After he placed the canvas, Kayla and the couple gathered around the canvas. From time to time, Kayla's bragging voice could be heard. "Daddy, isn't Kayden amazing? He can complete a painting on his own after Mommy has only taught him a few times."
