Leo took Zoey into his arms and said with a low laugh, "You feel pity for her?" He was amused.
"No, I just think she's probably not clear-headed to mess with you." Zoey said truthfully, "She is still unable to recognize her own capabilities at her age, and it is a bit pitiful."
"She is quite pathetic." Leo agreed, "If she was sober, she wouldn't have been incapable of capturing her husband's heart for so many years. Her husband's illegitimate children are being born one after another."
She didn't know how to make good use of her position as the daughter of the Yancey family, but only wanted to go back to her mother's family to get good things.
Zoey smiled amusingly and raised her hand to pinch Leo's cheeks.
"Leo, if you talk about your aunt like this, aren't you afraid of being chased by an elder with a walking stick?"
"They can't bear to lay their hands on me. After all, I'm much more important than my so-called aunt."
"You're quite confident."
