The Yanceys were good to her, so it was only natural for her to give goodwill in return.
But if someone wanted to mock and bully her using their status as a Yancey, then she would return the favor using her own methods.
If someone took from her an inch, she would take back a mile. She would never be the one losing out.
"It's my misunderstanding." Yvonne asked for forgiveness with a smile, "I heard from Kayla last night that Joanne tried to insult them, so I made sure to have an investigation done on those two early this morning.
