Time flew relentlessly like the ever-flowing water of the river. Like the fine sands escaping the grasp through the gap between the fingers, seven more months passed by in the blink of an eye.
As the morning sun just peeked beyond the eastern horizon, a boy with snow-white hair and ocean-blue eyes stepped out of the Senju clan grounds.
He stood at a height of 1.54 meters (a little over five feet tall). He wore a black t-shirt, a navy blue jacket with multiple inner and outer pockets, a pair of raven-black trousers, and a black belt.
The belt carried four ninja pouches, two on each side.
He wore a pair of navy blue sports boots that he designed himself. The open-toe ninja sandals worked fine, but he never felt secure in them.
In his hand, he wore a metallic arm band that was inscribed with a well-crafted storage seal, making it easier for him to carry his weapons, fragile potion glasses, explosive tags, smoke bombs, and other ninja tools.
He did a few stretching exercises to loosen his muscles and make his body's sleeping internal system heat up.
After a few seconds, he closed his eyes, took a few deep breaths, and whispered a few words in his mind.
Status Panel.
As soon as he said those words in his mind, a sharp, bell-like notification rang in his mind.
Ding~
And before long, a blue, translucent panel appeared in the air that only his eyes could see.

Just look at those stats. All the grueling training was worth it. Seimei thought inwardly as he weighed his surge of power.
He didn't just become physically strong; his mental resilience, willpower, and spiritual power had also increased by leaps and bounds.
He had also developed his affinities well and honed several ninja arts, including Fuinjutsu and potioneering.
First, compared to his ten-year-old self, when his physique and spirit were only hovering around 22 points, his base stats had crossed the staggering 30-point threshold.
Don't think that this improvement is little.
For example, reaching 30 points in physique stat from the previous 22 points didn't mean a meager 36.4% increase in base stats.

Apart from his mental capacity and physical prowess, it was his chakra reserves that had been greatly affected by his increased base physique and spirit stats.
It had swelled from 325,000 chakra points to over 700,000 chakra points.
The improvement in physique and spirit meant his body had access to more physical and spiritual energy, which drastically increased his overall chakra capacity.
That was nearly 70 Kakashi worth of chakra.
Even half of the Nine-tails only had about 200 Kakashi's worth of chakra.
And since Seimei had entered the pre-teen growth spurt, his chakra reserves would swell at an even greater speed.
In other words, Seimei's chakra capacity could potentially surpass the chakra reserves of the complete Nine-tails by the time he came of age (18 years).
And thanks to his deep Otsutsuki genes, his growth of chakra wouldn't slow down even after that.
It should be mentioned that the adult Naruto's own chakra reserves weren't even 10% of the Nine-tails' chakra capacity.
But Seimei didn't put much importance on that.
After all, there were many ninjas in the world whose chakra capacity surpassed the tailed beasts.
In fact, he had two such people in his home.
They were Senju Hashirama and Senju Tobirama, of course.
Next, his bloodline and Kekkei Genkai had also received a boost during these last two years.
The moment his Otsutsuki bloodline crossed the 50,000 proficiency threshold, he could feel his vitality and physical defense spike again.

The perfect evolution of the common Sharingan, which granted its wielder the perfect Susanoo.
Meanwhile, his Tenseigan had also become more powerful. Its ocular technique, which Seimei had unlocked when these extraordinary eyes reached LV3, had become more controllable.
Seimei's mastery over this ocular technique had increased drastically.
Still, he rarely used it in the battle. After all, the need to use it hadn't arisen yet.
Next, his chakra quality and density have increased. It meant his Jutsu would become more potent, more powerful.
And it would also help him master the separation of the Yin and Yang aspects of the neutral chakra, further smoothing his path toward the Kage-level.
"However, it's my nature transformation affinities that gave me the biggest surprises."
Seimei muttered as his gaze landed on the nature affinity part of the status panel.
To be exact, his gaze lingered on the Water and Lightning affinity, both of which had reached LV7.
At LV7, the nature transformation affinities had gone through a major qualitative change.
Let's take the Lightning affinity as an example.
It was a rather volatile element.
Shaping and controlling it were very difficult. That was why most Lightning Release Jutsu were either pretty straightforward, or ninjas had to use this element with other weapons to utilize its lethal power.
But after Seimei's lighting affinity reached LV7, his control over this element increased drastically.
He wasn't just controlling the lighting now; he was controlling the very granular particles, electrons, and ions, which were the main substances that generated and shaped lightning and electricity.
The lightning he controlled now had become more concentrated, more destructive, and yet it had also become more tamed.
Now, he could shape lightning into forms that seemed almost impossible before developing this affinity to LV7.
He could control the electromagnetic field himself and utilize it however he wanted, as long as he trained enough to gain finer control over this power.
He could control positively and negatively charged electricity to perform many feats.
As for the water affinity?
It was no less exaggerated either.
Now, he could control the fluidity, density, pressure, and even the state of the water.
He could develop Jutsu to create hard water constructs by manipulating the water's density, fluidity, and internal pressure.
With enough chakra, he could manipulate the water vapor in the air to form clouds and bring a torrent of rain.
He could combine his mastery over lightning affinity and water affinity to cast powerful Jutsu like Lightning Release: Kirin faster.
He no longer needed natural clouds or had to create clouds with minutes of painstaking effort, like Sasuke in the original Naruto anime.
He had even gained partial control over his body's fluid system and motor reflexes, thanks to leveling up his Water and Lightning affinity to LV7. The control was still fleeting, but it was a start.
Apart from those things, his mastery over Fuinjutsu, potioncraft, Kenjutsu, and Shurikenjutsu had also seen improvement.
He had also learned many Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, and polished his grasp of the already existing ones, ready to deal with any unexpected enemies at any moment.
No matter what life threw at him, whether it was a powerful ninja or a dangerous chakra beast, he would be ready.
Even if someone threw a freshly advanced Kage-level ninja at him, he could hold his own. Winning would be another matter, though.
After all, the Kage-level ninjas in this alternative universe were truly a bunch of menaces.
They were like unkillable cockroaches. Their survival instincts and capabilities were just too powerful.
Even when two Kage-level ninjas battle each other, only one of the outcomes is possible.
One: a swift defeat of one opponent.
Two: a long battle with no decisive result, which usually happens 99% of the time.
Anyway, this was a headache for someone else. He wouldn't lose his sleep over it.
And with the Flying Thunder God Technique in his arsenal, he could always escape if an enemy proved to be too troublesome.
All in all, his power level had taken a qualitative leap, and he could feel it in his veins.
Seimei clasped and unclasped his fists and smiled with a nod of satisfaction.
He looked at the sparsely populated road and then toward the forest hidden behind the Hokage Rock.
"Pff~"
He couldn't help but chuckle as his eyes fell on the neatly sculpted, serious-looking faces of his father and uncle.
He shook his head with a smile before doing a final stretch.
"Let's start the morning routine, shall we?"
