After Nyverra returned to her place with her eerie familiar hidden in the shadows, the air shifted once again.
"Chloe Warrens," Illiana called out next.
With her usual confidence, Chloe stepped forward. Her wheat hair shimmered under the soft sunlight, catching the eyes of more than a few students as she walked into the summoning circle.
She smiled faintly to herself, already looking certain of her success.
