Ryuji evaded the White Wings' entanglement using [Stealth]. However, Ryuji's demonic power couldn't sustain the [Stealth] state for long. Therefore, Ryuji transferred Hinami's father to a nearby abandoned building.

Ryuji didn't immediately leave and return to the Anteiku coffee shop because he knew that moving with an injured Hinami's father would easily attract suspicion, especially in places like subway stations with many public officials.
As for taking a taxi, besides buses, there were very few taxis operating in this area. In short, it wasn't the best time to leave immediately.
Meanwhile, a contingent of CCG personnel arrived and gathered near the tin shed. The tin shed had been cordoned off.

Mado then asked Amon to retrieve a rapid photo printer from the car. He took an electronic version of Hinami's father's portrait and saved it onto a memory card. Finally, Mado used the electronic version to print many copies of the photo.
"Amon, give these to the others. We need to issue a warrant for this {Ghoul} in Zone 20 now," Mado said, handing a stack of printed photos to Amon Koutarou.
"Yes, Senior Mado!" Amon Koutarou took the photos and responded.
After Amon Koutarou left, Mado opened his work computer, inserted the camera's memory card, and uploaded the electronic version of the photo to the headquarters' database, applying for a news alert.
The CCG's efficiency was very high. Soon, the midday news broadcast included a report on the warrant for Hinami.
Yoshimura Kousan, Touka Kirishima, Kaneki Ken, Irimi Kaya, and Enji Koma, who were working at the Anteiku coffee shop, saw this news on the shop's television.
Kaneki Ken didn't know Hinami's father, so he felt no particular emotion, simply watching it as ordinary news.
