As soon as the words were spoken, the room fell into complete silence.
The two women blinked in confusion.
The store clerk looked equally stunned.
Bonnie raised an eyebrow.
She glanced at the frozen clerk, her tone calm but laced with impatience. "What? You're not wrapping it up?"
The clerk swallowed hard, momentarily too flustered to form words. He finally stammered, "Yes, of course! Right away, we'll wrap it for you!"
The luxury store staff immediately sprang into action.
Bonnie stood casually by the counter, arms crossed, her expression relaxed as she watched them move.
The two women beside her remained rooted in place. The younger one leaned toward Kitty, tugging her sleeve and whispering nervously, "Kitty, she really doesn't look like someone who can't afford it…"
Kitty snapped out of her daze and let out a disdainful snort. "Maybe her sugar daddy's just feeling generous today."
