The Shadow in the Valley
The morning sun came up slowly in the sky. It poured light all over the rocky mountains. The mist stuck to the tops of the mountains at first. Then it started to let go because of the warm sun. The mist rolled down into the valley below looking like thin smoke. The world was very quiet it was actually too quiet. The mountains and the valley were, like a place that nobody had ever touched but it also seemed a little scary. The morning sun made the mountains look beautiful. The valley was beautiful too. It was also a little menacing.
