All the Ronin bowed to Sunny before quickly exiting the meeting hall and Sunny was left alone with Basatin who took a seat on his designated chair. Sunny took a seat next to him and did not care whose chair it was.
"The Ronin can't possibly kill all the DMMS members," said Basatin while opening a bottle of beer and chugging it deep down his throat.
"Have you heard about the Warehouse Incident? Ahoska, the Ronin of the Earth, managed to defeat two DMMS members and lost only to Chiro Zanami. Now we are sending all six of the Ronin to Rein where they are most likely still recovering," explained Sunny.
"Now that seems like overkill," laughed Basatin.
"The King asked for nothing less than certainty, I will obviously go for overkill," grinned Sunny.
"You are truly psychotic," teased Basatin as he quickly completed his beer bottle and got up prepared to leave.
"You could say so," said Sunny slyly as he changed his seat to his designated chair and put his legs on the table and rested.
All the Ronin gathered at one place after Sunny's order. This was the Shrine of the 2nd Avatar of the Ninja God. According to the Book of Error, which was the bible of the people who worship the God of Ninjas, the God had four avatars each one resembling one of humanity's nature. The First Avatar was Imagination, The Second Avatar was War, The Third Avatar was Negative Emotion, and The Fourth Avatar was Positive Emotion.
Since they were planning for an attack on the DMMS members in Rein they were at the Shrine of the Avatar of War for blessings and higher concentration and luck.
The Shrines were distributed across Ninjaro and the surrounding area of a Shrine was made into a major village. Ninjaro was a bit behind when it came to technology but they chose to be behind technology to keep their culture and traditionality first.
The Shrine of War was located in the capital city of Ninjaro of Senso, The Shrine of Imagination was in the city of Xiang, The Shrine of Negative Emotions was in the Underground City of Tenet, and the Shrine of Positive Emotions was atop the Jade Mountains in the City of Emerald.
The rest of the country had nothing more than forests, nomadic villages, the Twin River of Ninjaro, many lakes and damp swamps, and few mountains and it was different from Lukia which only had coastal areas, the Twin River of Lukia, forests, and plains, and the country was much more industrialised than Ninjaro.
All the Shrines looked very similar to each other. There was a pagoda and the road leading to the Shrine had Arc entrances on the road and the pagoda was always black and white in color. The space inside the Pagoda is huge and is where the praying altar is and where hundreds of people per day pray together and atop the Pagoda there is a statue of the Avatar.
The Avatar of Imagination was a normal human with long white hair and was holding a book, The Avatar of War is a muscly human with red long hair made for battle with scars and a black blade, The Avatar of Positive Emotions was a man with blond short hair who was holding a flower and had a bright smile. The Avatar of Negative emotions was a woman who had burnt marks on her right hand and held poison bottles with her left hand and had long black hair with an expressionless face.
All the Ronin sat together in a circle. They were talking and bickering among themselves on how to defeat them properly and without any consequences from NUS.
Suddenly Sunny appeared behind Ahoska. They felt a fiery hot aura from Sunny and all the Ronin instantly stood up and bowed to Sunny. Sunny just laughed and seemed like he was in a good mood until…
The smell of blood filled the Pagoda as a head fell down onto the ground and the limp body collided to the ground with a thud. Blood started to leak from the neck of the Ronin as all the Ronin took a step back in shock and fear.
The aura grew and grew as soon they were all halted by the immense red aura. It was making all the Ronin sweat and they silently gulped their spit in fear of what was going to happen next.
Sunny pushed his black hair backwards and then pulled it back to its original state and then started to walk in circles around the dead body.
"I told all of you to kill the DMMS members, imagine the shock I had when I realised you all were 'planning' in the Shrine," said Sunny, with his normally jolly expression replaced with a stone cold expression.
"I need progress here and I don't believe in second chances all of you know that," warned Sunny.
The Ronin did not say anything and they were all silent in fear. Then, the next second was a blur…
Red everywhere, the Shrine of War's walls turned into a crimson red as all the Ronin's heads were chopped off and their bodies were all scattered and disfigured by Sunny's black blade.
"Looks like I got a bit carried away," said Sunny, wiping the blood off his face with a wet towel from his pocket.
Sunny heard some footsteps and he quickly hid himself as he jumped onto the ceiling of the Pagoda and stuck himself there with the support of a pillar and a grappling hook. Hiroshi walked into the Pagoda and saw the mess that was left of Sunny. He shook his head and looked up.
Sunny was nowhere to be found. He used Essence to hide himself and make sure no one could detect his soul energy and quickly escaped the Pagoda. Then as he was preparing to return to the Crimson Eclipse meeting area, he felt a tap on his shoulder and was greeted by Hiroshi.
"You killed all the Ronin? Why?" asked Hiroshi.
"The Hokage could not care less about the Ronin anymore; they were useless anyway. We have the military with enough size to beat Lukia in a head on fight and the Ronin did not show any promise," explained Sunny.
Sunny walked towards Hiroshi, placed his hand on his shoulder and Hiroshi nudged Sunny's hand away from his shoulder and Sunny just walked away from Hiroshi.
In Rein.
"Excuse me, I did not mean to startle you," said Nicole putting her hands up.
Emily came closer and inspected Nicole and made Natsuki check her and take all her items from her and then Nicole, Natsuki, and Emily all sat down on the sofa. Ozamu was currently doing political work in Rein but elsewhere so he did not know what was going on here.
"Who are you?" asked Natsuki politely.
"I am Nicole. I am from Akuza and I've known Danso for a long time," explained Nicole.
Emily's eyes shot up at the appearance of the name 'Danso' she wondered if Nicole was in a 'relationship' with him and her mood did turn a bit more angry and sad but she decided to be mature and listen to Nicole fully.
"Danso? Where is he? We haven't heard from him in a while," said Natsuki worried.
"He is currently not…Availaible," explained Nicole trying to hide the whereabouts of Danso.
"What?" asked Emily.
"Yes, but he is in grave danger and only the DMMS member with the Playbox ability could save him," explained Nicole.
Emily raised her hand in anticipation.
"I am the Playbox member," said Emily.
Nicole started to write something on a sheet of paper before handing it out to Emily. Emily read the white sheet of paper and her eyes were stuck in shock. Nicole quickly snatched the paper from Emily to read it as well.
'Check if Danso's coordinates are in the Barren Wasteland,'
Nicole reading their expressions thought inside her brain about how happy she was that Danso found friends who cared about him and how not even she had that big of a jaw drop learning about his location. It was probably because she knows that Danso is a man without caution and he is very stupid at times.
"Where is your captain and where is the Demon member?" asked Nicole after a few seconds since she thought they needed time to digest the request and information that she gave them.
"He…He is currently sealed and Tensei is on a private mission with Haruki," explained Natsuki returning the paper to Emily.
"So does that mean Danso is in the Barren Wastelands now? How did he even end up there?" asked Emily.
Nicole paused for a minute. She could not speak ever since Natsuki had said that Chiro was sealed. Chiro Zanami was sealed. The strongest man in the world and Lukia's only hope was currently sealed and is unable to help them from the inside.
"Maybe this is a part of Chiro's plan…I've heard he was a cocky individual with a good thinking capacity," thought Nicole.
Nicole lifted her head up and began to reply to Emily after she finished processing her thoughts.
"He is probably in the Barren Wastelands due to a man named Xeno," explained Nicole.
"Xeno? The same man who destroyed the DMMS building?" asked Nicole.
