His eyes locked onto Wade, filled with venom and promise, as though he was already imagining tearing him apart.

With Silas present, neither Ian nor Robert stood even the slightest chance of escaping.
Nearby, Robert's expression twisted with hatred as he stared at Silas, his lips pulling into a grim smile.
"Go ahead and act all confident," he sneered.
"It won't last long. The superior beings will arrive soon, and when they do… all of you will regret what you've done."
Silas's eyes sharpened instantly, catching onto the crucial detail hidden within his words.
