"Who did you see?" Bethany asked when she noticed the deep crease on his forehead.
"It is Mason," he answered.
"Elder Mason? What is he doing here?" Bethany was just as confused as Gray.
"I have no idea, I am just as confused as you are," Gray stated.
"Do you think he is here to see Elder Scott? No matter what Scott did, they are still friends," Bethany suggested.
"That could be true, but I don't trust him," Gray sighed. Ever since he thought about the possibility of Mason behind his parents' deaths, he didn't wish to relate with him.
"Shh," Gray placed his fingers on her lips when he heard approaching footsteps.
Bethany stared at his fingers on her lips before looking into his eyes. It was only then she realised the promiscuous position they were in.
"Mason is approaching us, it is best we remain quiet, so he won't doubt us," Gray said to her. He didn't even realise the position he was in with her.
