He knew something was wrong immediately Wolf started to bark and act relentlessly, the last time he had been this way was when they found Iris. I scoot in front of the dog, stroking its fur in an attempt to calm him down which usually works but this time it didn't work for a couple of minutes.
"Alpha Xander."
He looked up as his name was being called, letting his men handle Wolf for the time being, he stood up to approach the man who had called him.
As they shook hands, he looked around the place for any sign of Alpha Thane.
"We believe Alpha Thane is still on his way here, and where is your official translator?" The other man asked, while also looking at his side.
He merely smirked and shrugged his shoulders, providing no explanation and even though he could, he didn't want to. He wasn't here to negotiate peace, he only came to give Alpha Thane a warning and to discontinue their peace treaty.
