"A Scenario? Does that mean this is also a Genjutsu World? Then, why did the System send me here and why is there another, older me in this world?"
At this sudden change in situation, Naruto couldn't understand what was exactly the System's intention.
[Through this Scenario, the System wants to show the Elemental Nations the true end of a Shinobi's power which they have a chance to reach with the help of the System.]
[While this Scenario would be broadcasted to the entire Elemental Nations, you, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, as the 1st Ranker of the Chunin Exams Battle Royale have been granted the privilege to see it with your own eyes.]
As the System explained the reason why Naruto was here in this mysterious place, a huge amount of sand flooded the plain below out of nowhere.
The sand concentrated and then transformed into a giant raccoon formed of sand, its body as well as its tail covered with numerous blue coloured mysterious runes.
This was the monster sealed inside Gaara, the one who gave him his sand abilities as well as the one who made him the monster he was today, [Ichibi], the One Tailed Tanuki.
Surprisingly, the Ichibi stopped as it approached the other Naruto, dutifully standing behind him for some reason.
Suddenly, blue flames surged onto the field as a giant cat with two tails covered in blue flames arrived on the plain with a jump stopped behind the other Naruto like the Ichibi.
Naruto recognised this giant beast as a Tailed Beast belonging to the Kumogakure, [Nibi], the Two Tailed Cat.
Splash!
A huge spout of water bost from the ground as a giant crab like spiky shell emerged from it.
Once the mysterious creature fully came out of the ground, it could be seen that it was actually a giant turtle with three shrimp like tails. The turtle had two eyes but only its left eye with yellow iris and red retina was open for some reason.
The currently missing Tailed Beast of Kirigakure, [Sanbi], the Three Tailed Turtle.
Thump!
A red furred, green skinned gorilla like monkey jumped onto the field, the ground under its feet turning into lava as it stepped on it.
The Tailed Beast from Iwa whose Jinchuuriki had gone rogue, [Yonbi], the Four Tailed Monkey.
A unique horse like white coloured creature with the head of a dolphin along with five tails then arrived, its body releasing steam as if it was a natural hot spring.
The Tailed Beast of Iwagakure whose Jinchuuriki was currently missing with no news of him for several years, [Gobi], the Five Tailed Dolphin Horse.
Drip! Drip!
An enormous white coloured bipedal slug with stubby arms and feet along with six long tails step next on the field. It had two tentacles with eyes on it on the forehead and hole like openings for a mouth while its entire body was covered in a thick slimy substance.
The Tailed Beast of Kirigakure whose Jinchuuriki had left the Hidden Village because of the Third Mizukage's tyranny, the Six Tailed Slug, [Rokubi].
Buzz!
A giant blue coloured Rhinoceros Beetle with six green wings as well as a tail then flew in and descended behind the other Naruto.
The Tailed Beast with the most unique look as well as the only Tailed Beast which was in the hands of Takigakure, a minor Hidden Village. The Seven Tailed Rhinoceros Beetle, [Shichibi].
Moo!
A giant creature which the upper body and head of an ox and the lower body of an octopus ending with 8 giant tentacles slowly moved its body as it took its place behind the other Naruto.
The Tailed Beast of Kumogakure with the most experienced Jinchuuriki, Killer Bee who was even called the 'Perfect Jinchuuriki'. The Eight Tailed Ushi-Oni, [Hachibi].
Naruto already knew who was going to be the last one. The Tailed Beast currently sealed inside his twin sister and the monster who had attacked Konoha under the masked man's control nearly 15 years ago.
A huge figure suddenly leapt from behind Naruto, its shadow being cast over him as it flew over head and stood right behind the other Naruto, at the centre of all the Tailed Beasts.
A mountain sized fox with orange fur, long ears and most importantly, nine fox tails swinging from its back, the Nine Tailed Fox, [Kyuubi].
All nine Tailed Beasts standing together created a domineering presence in their surroundings, making Naruto realise why they were feared as one of the strongest existences in the Elemental Nations.
Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze had never thought that he would see all Nine Tailed Beasts in this so called Scenario and standing behind another version of him at that.
Some of these Tailed Beasts had not even been seen in years. He was only able to recognise all nine of them because of the fact that he had looked into the ANBU Records about them out of sheer curiosity.
"But what does the System mean to say by showing this scene? Does it mean that whoever controls all the Tailed Beasts is the strongest?"
While the current scene before Naruto's eyes was indeed terrifying, it just didn't scream 'True Power' to him. After all, these Tailed Beasts, while powerful had already been sealed in several Jinchuuriki.
It was at this moment that the Kyuubi moved its front paw towards the other Naruto as if it was going to strike him. Surprisingly, the other Naruto didn't hesitate and moved his right hand towards the Kyuubi's paw fearlessly.
As the hand and the paw neared, the Kyuubi suddenly transformed into a stream of red chakra and entered the other Naruto's body through his hand.
Boom!
A golden chakra suddenly surged from the other Naruto's body, bathing him in its glow as if he was burning with a golden flame.
The golden chakra then solidified into a chakra cloak, marked with several magatama markings while nine metallic balls started swirling around the other Naruto.
"Golden Chakra! Isn't Kyuubi's chakra red? And he doesn't have any tails manifested either." Naruto blurted, shocked by his other self's unique transformation. However, the surprises didn't end here either.
All the remaining eight Tailed Beasts surrounded the other Naruto and moved their front limbs towards him.
The other Naruto gladly raised his right hand, accepting all the tailed beasts as they transformed into chakra and entered his body.
"A Jinchuuriki of all Nine Tailed Beasts! But that is impossible! Not even Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage was capable of this." Naruto couldn't believe his eyes as he saw his other self become the Jinchuuriki of all Nine Tailed Beasts.
The other Naruto didn't stop here either as he was soon shrouded in a golden sphere formed of chakra.
Roar!
The Kyuubi erupted out of the golden sphere, this time formed entirely of golden chakra with several magatama markings on its body, looking as if it was some kind of divine beast.
Nine Shadow Clones of the other Naruto then appeared in the sky around the Kyuubi, each one wearing the same golden chakra cloak.
Chakra of various nature started swirling in each Shadow Clones' hand, just like how Naruto himself did whenever he created a Rasengan.
And that was not the end either as wind blades started circling the various Rasengan formed of Tailed Beasts' Chakra.
"I-Is this the Rasenshuriken?" Naruto couldn't help but mutter as he looked at the shuriken shaped Rasengan, each one formed of the Tailed Beasts' chakra while the golden Kyuubi created a Tailed Beast Bomb, the signature attack of a Tailed Beast in its mouth.
As if on cue, all the Shadow Clones launched their respective Rasenshuriken towards the sky and the Kyuubi hit all of them with its Tailed Beast Bomb.

The explosion was the last thing Naruto saw as it destroyed everything in its surroundings even when it was targeted at the sky.
