Monday. My favorite day.
While most people groan about it being the start of the week, I love it. Mondays mean new beginnings, fresh coffee, sketchbooks with crisp pages, and lectures filled with potential. There's something about stepping into the academy halls again—cool air, floor-to-ceiling windows letting in soft spring light, the faint echo of shoes on marble tiles—that makes me feel like anything is possible.
I breathe it in, hugging my bag close to my chest. This week, I've made a small resolution: I'm going to push myself a little more. Not in a punishing way, but in that gentle nudge sort of way. Try something different. Take up space. Speak up more. Be present. Nothing big, just a small difference.
And that starts with something small but significant—I attend Professor Nadine's lecture.
