Chapter 58 - Yotsuya Miko and Yurikawa Hana!

Chapter 58: Yotsuya Miko and Yurikawa Hana!

The weekend weather was still great, the temperature neither hot nor cold, perfect timing for a holiday outing.

Miko was bored, constantly looking at the messages Hana-chan shared with her on her phone: one rabbit emoji after another interspersed with Hana-chan's station location updates...

Today, she had already arranged to go shopping and hang out with Hana-chan, to relax the constantly tense nerves from school.

She really didn't understand why there were so many evil spirits even in school.

There were clearly so many people, she couldn't possibly deal with them one by one;

Even if she could handle some smaller evil spirits, she had no solution or courage for the more powerful ones;

Sigh...

Yotsuya Miko looked at the Buddhist prayer beads tied around her wrist like a wristband and sighed faintly.

If only she had the courage of an exorcist to take action...

Sigh...

Life isn't easy~

Miko sighed.

Waiting for Hana-chan, Miko boredly scanned her surroundings, hoping not to encounter any evil spirits.

"Hah~" Miko yawned drowsily.

Yesterday, when buying drinks, she encountered another big, ugly evil spirit, which led to a poor night's sleep...

But being able to sleep and shower at home without seeing evil spirits anymore was really great...

Lifting her eyes again, Miko found her vision blocked.

"Guess who I am~"

A deliberately altered voice came from behind her...

Yotsuya Miko's vision was covered by hands.

Feeling the soft, cotton-like touch on her back, knowing who could do this and this strangely relaxing sensation, she instantly knew who was playing a prank on her.

"...Aigh, Hana-chan, stop messing around," she said the answer with a sigh.

"I obviously changed my voice~ Miko-chan could still guess..."

Hana-chan released the hands blocking her sight, pouting dissatisfiedly.

Yotsuya Miko gently turned around to look at her good friend: Hana-chan—Yurikawa Hana, an energetic high school girl with a large appetite and a great figure.

Looking at Hana-chan, wearing a frilly white short-sleeved shirt, her round, chubby face, and her smiling eyes squinted in a happy greeting, Miko spoke softly:

"Of course, I could feel it."

Seeing Miko's cute appearance, Yurikawa Hana's eyes immediately sparkled.

Clasping her hands in front of her face, she exclaimed excitedly: "Could it be because we have telepathy between us?"

Yotsuya Miko looked at the still energetic Hana-chan, sighed softly, and said helplessly: "Sigh... It's because of the touch."

As usual, Yotsuya Miko glanced at Yurikawa Hana's chest, which was developed far beyond the average adult, like two melons fastened to her front.

The feeling of that pair of fats touching her back just now was really comfortable, relaxing.

The fatigue accumulated from the evil spirits seemed to vanish in an instant.

No wonder most boys prefer large breasts.

Miko then compared it to her own seemingly slightly larger cup size and sighed dejectedly—

"Aigh~!"

"What's wrong, Miko? Didn't you eat breakfast?!"

Seeing Yotsuya Miko looking listless, Yurikawa Hana quickly took out a chocolate bread from her bag and was about to stuff it into Miko's hands...

"Breakfast is no small matter~ Hurry up and eat."

I don't have your appetite.

Miko raised her hand, blocking the bread Hana-chan offered with both hands.

"I've eaten breakfast, I just didn't rest well yesterday."

"Oh, is that so."

Hana-chan breathed a sigh of relief; her simple nature meant she would unconditionally believe Miko.

Without hesitation, Hana-chan still tore open the chocolate bread packaging.

"Then I'll start eating my brunch!"

"What's brunch?" Miko asked strangely.

"It's the mealtime after breakfast and before lunch!"

Hana-chan said matter-of-factly, opening her mouth wide to take a big bite of the chocolate bread.

The squeezed-out chocolate filling made her eyes involuntarily squint with happiness.

Ever since she met Hana-chan, she had always been like this, easily happy no matter the situation.

So, just being by her side was the best way to relax.

Miko smiled gently.

"Are you still going to buy melon pan then?"

Hana-chan, her mouth stuffed full of bread, mumbled indistinctly: "Of~ course~!"

An expected answer.

"Let's go then."

Miko lifted her leg, gently adjusted her yellow mid-calf socks she had changed into, and followed Hana-chan towards the bakery in the shopping street.

Hana-chan continued to chew the chocolate bread heartily, not noticing the evil spirit standing beside her.

Of course, she couldn't notice it anyway...

"Watch out for the spider!" Miko quickly reminded her.

"Ah! I'm scared of spiders~ Where, where?"

Yurikawa Hana, afraid of bugs, jumped frantically to Miko's side, dodging the evil spirit.

Miko, not wanting her friend to touch the ugly, disgusting evil spirit, breathed a sigh of relief.

"It already ran away."

"That's good, thank you so much, Miko-chan~"

"Mm-hmm."

Seeing Hana-chan clinging to her directly to express closeness, Miko showed a helpless slight smile, reaching out to affectionately rub her head.

Looking back at the evil spirit she just dodged, Miko's body froze...

"What's wrong, Miko-chan?" Seeing her stop, Hana-chan asked.

"N-nothing," Miko murmured doubtfully.

She thought she saw someone hiding behind her just now...

Stalking?

In broad daylight, with so many people around, that shouldn't be possible...

"It looked like a cat," Miko relaxed, pulling Hana-chan to continue forward.

"A cat?" Hana-chan was startled.

"Where? Where?"

"It already ran away, let's go!"

Miko tugged at the strap of Hana-chan's shoulder bag from behind.

"Ah~ Miko, stop it, the strap, the strap is digging in," Hana-chan cried out in alarm.

Miko quickly let go.

Hana-chan hurriedly pulled the strap out from between her breasts and smoothed her shirt.

"Miko is so rough."

Seeing the strange ripple caused on Hana-chan's chest, Miko helplessly lowered her head.

"Sorry."

"Then I forgive you~"

...

Miko stopped in front of the bakery she and Hana-chan often visited, looking at the long queue ahead...

She really envied Hana-chan for having so much energy.

Miko thought enviously, taking out her phone to arrange the afternoon meeting time and place with the exorcist sensei as planned.

To protect herself, her friends, and family, and also for world peace, she must diligently learn physical exorcism techniques—to eliminate ghosts!

"Mm!" Looking at the reply, Miko lifted her face towards the sky, clenched her soft little fist, and pulled it firmly in front of her face, cheering herself on.

"Ah... So many people."

Yurikawa Hana finally squeezed out of the crowd, tiredly, having finally bought her melon pan.

"It's good that you bought it," Miko smiled, comforting Hana-chan.

"I bought five~" Hana-chan opened the bag, showing Miko the melon-shaped bread inside.

"You bought that many?"

"There's one for Miko~" Hana-chan took one out.

"Thank you."

Miko didn't refuse and obediently accepted the melon pan.
