Vlad Jr.'s eyes flared crimson, his fangs flashing. "You made our teacher cry, didn't you?" he hissed, stepping forward like a tiny vampire prince ready to duel.
"No!" Hobb stammered, but the babies were already surrounding him like a growing storm.
"You fired our teacher!" Boo shouted, spinning angrily around his head. "You're the villain egg!"
"Villain egg!" Drake echoed, wings snapping open as he hovered over the poor man like an angry dragon chick.
Kelpie's hands started bubbling with water. "We have to punish him!" he said, splashing small waves onto the floor.
"Punish!" Luna howled, joining in as her fluffy tail puffed up.
Even Rocky thudded forward like a rolling stone, glaring as best as a rock could.
"Now wait just a—wait!" Hobb backed against the desk, his face turning red again. "Your teacher is only on leave! She's coming back soon!"
"Liar!" Boo cried, floating nose to nose with him. "You captured her and put her in egg jail!"
